1. To get a sex change in Spain is free.
2. Spaniards use more anti-depressants per person than Americans.
3. Public medicine is better than private medicine in Spain.
4. There are no mental hospitals in Spain.

ReplyDeleteNope, it was #2. I was shocked when I found out that there are no mental hospitals here. I've seen a number of people with schizophrenia roaming the streets.
