But the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. It's fully furnished and move-in ready. The only thing we will have to buy is a bed, and from what we've heard, that's a good thing. A lot of the beds that come with places aren't "American friendly" as our team leader says. So, we're going for it.

It's official, we found our place in Spain.
Maybe not, official official because we don't live there yet, but I think this is the place. This place is literally across the street from where we will be studying Spanish. It's newly renovated, but the building was originally built in 1675. It has a terrace that overlooks the Sierra Nevadas that are snow capped year round and has AC/heat which is really unusual for Granada. It has a dishwasher and it even a fireplace. The only down side is that it is only 2 bedrooms and on the 4th floor with no elevator.
